Last October, TikTok began testing a new option that allows selected users to add Wikipedia links to their clip to provide more context about specific items.
Now TikTok seems to be expanding this option, providing these screenshots of a new set of options that will allow them to add a link to Wikipedia, Yelp or TripAdvisor.
TikTok has been testing various connectivity options for some time. Last November, we looked for the first time what e-Commerce links might look like in TikTok clips.
It’s still unclear if Tiktok will bring this feature to social platforms like Facebook and Instagram, but it looks like it will expand the spectrum in the future.
