Most companies have a public printer accessed over the network. All computers that have access to this printer are able to perform their operations.
Sometimes this process can cause trouble. As I will tell you in this article, you can’t get your output because it’s offline.
Now you can eliminate the offline problem by following the path I’ll show you.
First, make sure that the printer is turned on and the connection is correct.
As you can see in the image below, click the “Start” menu and then click the “Settings” tab.
After moving to settings section, we click “Devices” where I mark it in the image below.
In the Devices section, we click on the “Printers and browsers” section from the menu on the left.
After you select your printer that is installed, we click on the “Open Queue” button just below it.
After saying “Open Queue,”” a window will open as you can see in the image below. As you can see in this window, we click on the “Printer” menu at the top. As you can see in the pop-up window, check the “Use Printer Offline” tab. If it’s marked, we’ll remove it. And then it will not work more offline. It’s always online.
If you have done this method but do not happen again, check the data input cable. Make sure the printer is turned on.
